For nearly a decade Harriet has worked with companies around the world to help them create cultures which are fit for the 21st century. For too long we stayed stuck in a working culture that was created for a completely different time. Companies that want to thrive today need to take a good look at their working practices and ask themselves how they can do better. It’s time for a workplace revolution!  

Interdependent Teams: Harriet believes that high-performing teams only exist where there are high levels of trust, courage and inclusion. Her training programmes take leaders out of their comfort zones, with techniques designed to help teams get to the heart of who they are. She’s run them for everyone from small charities to multi-national corporations and her favourite comment still comes from the CEO who said, “I thought that was going to be a waste of time but it was amazing.”

Emerging Talent programmes: from women in leadership to young talent, Harriet loves working with people who are taking a step into leadership for the first time. Her emerging talent programmes have been designed to support both the individual AND the business, offering a blend of group work, individual coaching and succession planning. She believes organisations need to take a holistic approach to creating diverse leadership teams, it can no longer just be a case of “fix the pipeline”.
